OUR PROGRAMS
MENTAL TRAINING
Our vision is to run academic camps that use sports curriculum to teach students in the area of: Reading, Writing, STEM and Public Speaking. Using the game of basketball to teach STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and other life skills is powerful because it connects abstract concepts to something students already care about and enjoy.
Relatable – It’s something many students are already passionate about. Engaging – It’s hands-on and active, not just sitting at a desk. Empowering – Students, especially those underrepresented in subjects, see how their interests do connect with future opportunities.
Our after school programs will have weekly mentorship workshops for our athletes that train and provide services in the are of: Character Development, Financial Literacy, College prep, Entrepreneurship, Skills Job training, and Mental health.
Our STEM Workshops gives our youth an opportunity to learn about the subjects of Science, Tech, Engineering, and Math. We use real world curriculum helping our players understand why these subjects are fun and important in our daily lives.
Public Speaking workshops that develop youths confidence, training them on how to speak confidently in front of others.
